Beating the Blues®

How Does it Work?

Beating the Blues® has been proven to help people suffering with mild and moderate depression to get better and stay better and is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

It works by helping you to understand depression and anxiety and then provides you with ways to better manage your condition.

The program is made up of 8 weekly sessions, each session takes about 50 minutes to complete. It is completely confidential and can be completed at times to suit you.

7 out of 10 people who have used Beating the Blues® have been able to overcome their depression and many would recommend it to one of their friends.
