The assessment section of the Stress module is made up of three components:
- Stress Check - deals with the physical and mental signs and symptoms of stress
- Stress Type - looks at your 'stress type' which is determined by profiles of behavioural tendencies and characteristics
- Stress Work - identifies and evaluates any compulsive tendencies you may have towards work
Whilst completing the stress management personal programme, you will be guided through a number of accepted relaxation techniques. The module will start by providing you with information about stress, before enabling and teaching you through the demonstration and training sections, how to train your body and mind to relax.
The Relief programme offers you and your loved ones immediate access to proven self-help solutions for common mental health problems in the privacy of your own home, and could also promote better long term mental health by teaching you the skills you need to cope, manage and deal with stressful situations now and in the future.
