Beating the Blues ® is an effective on-line treatment for people feeling stressed, depressed, anxious or just down in the dumps. Based on clinically proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) the program teaches you strategies to help you cope better in the short term so that you can face the future with confidence.
The program is made up of eight weekly sessions, each session takes about 50 minutes to complete and because its delivered on-line it is accessible from anywhere in the world..
It is completely confidential and can be completed at times to suit you.
